We comply with Japanese laws, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and handle personal information in our business according to this policy. We collect the following information in our business:

Information in emails you send us (such as your name, email address, company name and message)
Information about contact persons at companies and organizations we do business with (such as name, organization, title and contact details, received through business cards, quotes, contracts and invoices)
Information in support requests for our products
Records kept on the server when you visit this site (see "5. How this site handles information")
Information collected by Google Analytics when you visit this site (see "5. How this site handles information")

3. Purposes of use

We use the information for the following purposes:

Replying to inquiries and consultations
Communication, quotes, contracts, invoicing and delivery in our business dealings
Support for our products
Running this site and keeping it secure (such as dealing with unauthorized access and investigating failures)
Understanding how this site is used (which pages are viewed, how often, and where visitors come from) and improving the site
Meeting legal obligations

We do not use the information for other purposes. If we change the purposes, we will announce it on this page.

We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes. We will try to delete information without delay when it is no longer needed.

5. How this site handles information

Inquiries

This site has no contact form. We accept inquiries by email. We handle the information in your email as described in 2 to 4.

Server records

When you visit this site, the server that hosts it records your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, the date and time, and similar details. We use these records to run this site and keep it secure. How long the records are kept depends on the settings of the server provider.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use it for advertising.

Google Analytics uses cookies (such as those named _ga) to recognize visits from the same browser. The main information this site sends to Google is:

An ID used to recognize your browser (the value stored in the cookie)
The URL and title of the pages you view
The page you were on before (the referrer)
The date and time of your visit
Clicks on links to other sites and on file download links (the destination URL)
The type of browser and device, the screen size, and the language setting
Your approximate location (country or region, estimated from your IP address)

Your IP address reaches Google, but Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

We do not send information that identifies you, such as your name or email address. We count how many times the email button for inquiries is clicked, but we do not send the email address. This site uses no cookies other than those of Google Analytics.

The information sent is handled on Google's servers (including servers outside Japan) under Google's policies. For details, see Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" and the "Google Privacy Policy".

We do not use Google signals or the advertising features of Google Analytics. Information collected is kept in Google Analytics for 2 months. Totals that do not identify anyone remain after that.

If you block cookies in your browser settings, your visits can no longer be linked as visits from the same browser.

To stop this site from sending information to Google Analytics, use the "Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on" provided by Google, or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When GPC is on, this site does not load Google Analytics.

Information in our products

Information handled inside our products (such as apps) is covered by the policy that each product sets.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not give personal data to third parties without your consent, except where the law allows it. Entrusting work as described in "7. Entrusting work to providers" is not giving data to third parties. However, if we entrust work to a provider located outside Japan, we will take the steps required by law.

7. Entrusting work to providers

We may entrust part of our work to outside providers. Currently, we entrust the storage of information to our email service provider and to the provider of the server that hosts this site. We choose providers that can handle information securely and supervise them as needed. If a provider is located outside Japan, we will tell you the country and related details without delay on request.

8. Security measures

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss and damage of personal data. For example, we limit who handles the information and protect the accounts we use with authentication. We will give details of these measures without delay on request.

9. Requests about your personal data

You can ask us to do the following with your personal data that we hold:

Tell you the purposes of use
Disclose it (including records of giving it to third parties)
Correct it, add to it, or remove incorrect parts
Stop using it, erase it, or stop giving it to third parties

Please send requests through "Contact" at the end of this page. After confirming your identity, we will respond without delay in line with the law. We do not charge a fee.

10. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy when laws change or when the way we handle information changes. When we do, we will post the change on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Before we start using a contact form, or before we change the information collected by analytics, we will update this policy.
